Looking for a blood draw/ phlebotomist?

Unfortunately, we are currently not providing blood draw services, nor do we recommend any phlebotomists. If you cannot get help to a blood draw, we might be able to find an alternative test for you, which does not require a blood draw.

When can I ship my sample?

It is best to ship your test sample right away after collection. We advise sending the test on Monday, Tuesday and latest Wednesday.

What should I fill in on the DHL pre-filled waybill?

You must fill in the pre-filled waybill section #2. You will have to fill in everything except the company name, including: your full name, address, phone number. If this information is missing your parcel will be returned to you. You may then risk getting charged additional shipping costs.

All documents needed for DHL pickup is the pre-filled waybill, and if located outside the EU a proforma invoice. Both document you have to hand in to DHL pickup driver.

You do NOT need a dangerous goods label, as your sample is not potentially infected.

If DHL tells you otherwise, the easiest way will be to call us at: +45 33 75 10 00 and let us know your waybill number, the name of the driver (if you remember), and time and location, when you tried to schedule a pickup. You can also call your local DHL and let them know the situation. A new pickup must be scheduled.

Why invest in a laboratory test?

Laboratory test results are objective and quantifiable. They provide practitioners and medical examiners with a quantitative perspective into the internal functions of the body. Beyond subjective and topical assessments, laboratory tests offer objective data that can then assist in the diagnoses of various conditions. For many practitioners, the use of both quantified data and an intuition—refined through many years of medical experience—is the key to an accurate diagnosis and successful patient treatment.
